Our aim is to make ballet apparel and dancewear more affordable and accessible for the many families who are in it for the fun of it and who do not want to spend a fortune on dancewear.

Maintaining the privacy of our customers is important to us. All information collected via this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be reused, disclosed, loaned or sold. Any information provided will be held with care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to. If you have any questions, please feel free to email us.

Payment
BalletStuff receives online payments via Paypal, credit card or direct deposit. There is a small levy for payments made via Paypal or credit card to cover the costs incurred by us for using this method, as these charges are not built in to our prices, as they are with many other suppliers. The levy is not applied to direct deposit payments. If you use direct deposit into our bank account please select this option at checkout and our bank account details will be emailed to you, and your items will be posted once funds clear. Credit Card payments will be processed under the merchant name AABA Consulting Pty Ltd, merchant ID #353109293548070.

Australian Delivery
We use Australia Post to deliver our orders, please refer to our delivery page for further information on costs and times. If you would like to add Express Post please choose this option at checkout prior to 2pm and it will be posted same day, otherwise any Express Post orders after 2pm will be posted next business day.

Overseas Delivery
We can airmail orders overseas, please simply choose the International Airmail option at checkout. Please note that due to the prohibitive cost of international post we do not offer an exchange or refund service for our international customers, so please choose sizes carefully.

Returns and Refunds
BalletStuff will happily exchange or refund your dancewear item if it is returned within 14 days from the delivery date in an unworn new condition in it’s original packaging. When trying your shoes please refrain from pulling or tightening the front elastics on ballet shoes, or dirtying the soles of the shoes, as we are unable to refund or exchange the shoes once you have done this. If you would like an exchange or refund there is a postage fee of $8 you will need to include with your returned item or you can supply us with a prepaid self-addressed postal bag. Unfortunately we cannot exchange or refund for tights or socks, due to health regulations. No refunds will be given on sale or clearance items.

For faulty items we reserve the right to determine whether a product is faulty and conduct a production and quality check. The warranty period on our products is 1 month and any claim for faulty items must be received within this time limit. You must produce your order number for us to process a warranty request. Contact us via email with the details and if a product is deemed faulty, we will replace the item at no further cost, including reasonable postage costs for return of the faulty product.

We would ask that you please check sizes before an order is placed. Please refer to our Size Charts page before placing an order, and for all shoe orders measure your child’s foot prior to selecting a size. If you are unsure which size to order, email us and we will help you.

Yes! We Post Gifts
Our ballet and ballerina packages are a popular choice for people wanting to send a birthday or Christmas present. We can post a dancewear gift on behalf of Australian residents or overseas customers. Please remember to confirm the child’s foot size measured in centremetres if ordering ballet or jazz shoes as we do not stock standard shoe sizes. We can include a message on the back of a BalletStuff flyer, or you can choose to add gift wrap and a card, just let us know in the comments section at checkout if you would like a message included.

GST (Goods & Services Tax)
Our products and services attract a Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10% and this is included in the price you see on the website.

All prices on balletstuff.com.au are listed in Australian dollars (AUD).

BalletStuff aims to provide premium quality dancewear and ballet products at a reasonable cost. We believe we offer some of the best value dancewear products for children, without compromising on quality. Products on our website may change without notice, due to manufacturer’s production techniques. These changes, regardless how small, are beyond our control.

What We Sell
A re-stocking fee of 20% will be charged for the cancellation, return, or exchange of large orders, multiples of the same item and items not usually stocked in-store. Return postal charges to our supplier will also be incurred for large returning orders.
