Please note. At the moment Australia Post delivery times are variable and not guaranteed. We currently do not guarantee overnight delivery to eligible postcodes, as Australia Post have suspended their next day express delivery until further notice.

At we use Australia Post eParcel services, or Australia Post satchels or tough bags. We dispatch standard orders a minimum of 2-3 times a week from Sydney metro. We only dispatch orders once payment is finalised. Once dispatched, we are reliant on Australia Post and cannot be held accountable for how long delivery takes. You can log in to your account and/or will receive a tracking notification email with the Australia Post tracking details, please ensure you keep a track of your delivery, as we are not responsible should you not collect your parcel and it be returned to sender. Australia Post will only hold a parcel for 10 working days, after which they will return to sender and charge us a fee for doing so. If a parcel is returned to us due to failure to collect, there is a $15 re-postage fee. We require signature on delivery on all parcels.

Some items on our site, particularly the Studio Range, may not be kept in stock and may require an additional 3-5 business days to be ordered in and this will be stated under the product description.

Standard Post
We use Australia Post eParcel and Prepaid Parcel Post satchels and tough bags as the most cost effective method of getting our products to you. The website will automatically calculate the postage depending on the product weight. A general guide is that up to five clothing items will be charged one flat postage rate of $10.95 including GST for up to a 500g satchel or bag. For heavy items such as tap shoes above 500g the cost is $17.95 for 500g-1kg and $19.95 1-3kg. Bulk orders above this are charged at $29.95.

Delivery time depends on where you live. Australia Post has quoted the following normal delivery times, but these are obviously not guaranteed. Our parcels are dispatched from postcode 2066. You can access the Auspost postage calculator and enter your postcode to assess delivery times.

  • Sydney metro and regional – 1-3 business days
  • Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Adelaide – 3-4 business days
  • Other areas – 4-7+ business days.

Standard post items can frequently take longer than the above quoted times. If you want to ensure a timely delivery, we recommend express post.

Express Post
We offer an Express Post option for faster delivery **(please see above comment as this service is no longer next business day guaranteed) to major metropolitan centres. Please note that not all postcodes in Australia are covered by the Express Post guarantee, for more details or to check your postcode please refer to the Australia Post website. Express post cost Australia-wide is $15.95 for 500g, $29.95 for 500g-1kg and $36.95 1-3kg.

Please Note: Express Post orders need to be made before 12pm (midday) on the day of dispatch. Any express post orders received after 12pm will be posted the following business day. Please check your product description as not all products are kept in stock and may need to be ordered in which may take an additional 3-5 days.

International Post
We also offer an International Post option for delivery to overseas customers. Please note that due to the prohibitive cost of international post we do not offer an exchange or refund service for our international customers unless they wish to pay postage costs both ways, so please choose sizes carefully.

Bulk Orders
Bulk orders where between 10-49 pieces of the same item are ordered and which weight over 3kg, there is a flat postage and handling fee which will be displayed at checkout of $29.95. For bulk orders of 50 or more pieces, or for bulky items such as tutus, postage costs will be quoted individually.

Delivery Information
A small levy surcharge will be applied to Credit Card and Paypal payments at checkout to cover the costs charged to us by these institutions. Payments by direct deposit will not be charged with this levy.

Delivery details
Please ensure all address and contact information provided is correct. We will not be held responsible for delivery delays or missed deliveries due to incorrect address or contact information. We cannot provide refunds or replacements in the event that incorrect address information is supplied. Australia Post charges us a return to sender fee if a parcel is addressed incorrectly and if we need to re-deliver due to the provision of incorrect address and contact information, then a redelivery fee of $15.00 is required. Please contact us immediately in the event of ordering errors or mistakes, if it is the same day we may be able to amend the address prior to dispatch.
