You must CHECK YOURFOOT SIZE prior to selecting the shoe size. Please measure your feet from back of heel to end of the longest toe then add 1cm for a snug fit or 1.5cm for extra wriggle room. The shoes are a medium width, so if you have a wider than average foot or you want growth room then choose a larger size, add more wriggle room. Always choose a larger rather than smaller shoe.
